EU Transition Free State. Open and independent citizen think tank for transitions in the EU

There are currently 27 member States in the EU [1]. The EU signs often treaties, make laws and adds members without consulting citizens. This initiative is meant to give EU citizens more voice. The initiative is if it were the 28th bottom-up free State that raises the necessary transitions by an independent think tank to politics. For and by EU citizens and anyone who wants to express himself freely.

Precisely because of the financial crisis civil power is more than necessary now. From the standpoint of administrators it is useful when there are tasks but no final responsibility is transferred to citizens, this saves money. Vice versa is much more interesting, namely how can the citizen, though with less money in total, but perhaps with more money for real civil initiatives, also get additional responsibility.

This is an open and independent initiative, open because everyone with good ideas might join ans express an independent opinion.
